Are you poisoning your kid?

Are you poisoning your kid?

Parenting Help Parenting Help Tips All I wanted to do was give my kid a cookie..

My son is not much of a sweets eater, but he does love having a peanut butter cookie and milk whenever possible, so since I was at the gas station/convenience store I grabbed one of those individually wrapped peanut butter cookies.

I really thought I was being a good Mom.

A day after he had eaten the cookie, I discovered they were part of the Peanut butter recall.

Fortunately, my son has not gotten sick, but I can’t help but think of all the parents out there who were not so fortunate.

I still can’t fathom why it has taken months for the FDC to get the information out to the public, but at least the now have this widget that will automatically update as new products are added to the recall.

My advice to parents everywhere is… Get rid of ANYTHING With peanut butter added.
